God Is Holding Your Life: Desert Blues

Psalm 63
Psalms of lament make up over half of this book of scripture. And the blues are one of the best forms of lament. Psalm 63 portrays a vast wasteland, a desert of life. It is a “there’s got to be more than this” lament. We can trust God to bring new life to our dry and parched souls.

Farewell to Robin!

May God richly bless you.

Sign Up to help at Education Building Welcome Center

We all love Shady Grove, but it can be hard to find your way around if you are new to our buildings. The Children's Council and Hospitality Team are joining forces to try to help newcomers on Sunday morning feel welcome and informed. The idea is that two adults (children can help too!) will stand in the foyer of the education building to welcome newcomers and help them find their way to Sunday school classes. For more information, look for the Sign Up Genius at www.shadygroveumc.net/children. Questions? Contact Sarah Hardymon. EMAIL SARAH | VISIT SIGN UP GENIUS
